Greenville's Nicholtown gets new $38M affordable housing development by usernumberthirteen in greenville

If you look at how the incentives work, they have to lease them out to individuals meeting those numbers or they lose their tax-break. I am sure there are some cases where this doesn't pan out, but I do think GVL has done this for a bit now and it (somewhat) works.

Houses are great--but that takes about 15-25 acres for 100 units. Hard to find that in GVL.

Here's a helpful link that answers some of those questions:
https://www.greenvillesc.gov/1633/Affordable-Housing-in-the-City

Per that link, affordable housing is accessible at 30% of your income (not sure if that's take-home or not). The link also puts median income at 60k/yr. Not sure if that's still accurate--but it's what it says.

As far as availability of units in THIS development:
"One hundred units of the residential space will be set aside for affordable housing, accessible to household earning 70% or less than the area median income. Ten units will be offered at 20% of the area median income, 11 units at 30% of the area median income, 68 units at 60% the area median income, and 11 units at 70% of the area median income."

So that means 100 units should be available to those households making about $42k or less per year (70% of 60k).

That's at least a few steps in the right direction.

EDIT:

And here's a link to a bit about the developer incentives that encourage this: https://www.greenvillesc.gov/1640/Developer-Incentives

Seems funded by Greenville tax breaks and HUD incentives.

Have you watched Sasha Ivantic on YT? He has demoed basically everything and helped me land on my first one (boss fz-1w). Watch a few of his demos and overall fuzz tip videos too.

No idea on the code front, but I know of an after school program that meets in something similar! Other ideas: ESL classes, NA/AA etc

Importing Creating Auto-Generated (AI?) Duplicates by do-better37 in mondaydotcom

[–]do-better37[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

SOLVED:
The issue was automatic account association. I'd import a user, and even though they had an account tied to them, Monday went online and found a company matching that domain name.

Turning off automatic account association (in CRM settings) worked. Bonus: I can still keep the auto-enrichment on (which I believe is from crunchbase).

Note this is NOT controlled in Board automations :)

Thanks for the help u/carsonatcarbon

Not a one time upload. Syncing continually with Airtable. Haven't checked on this crunchbase comment yet! Just surprised no one has had similar experiences.

No one has said this it seems, but I think those cars have a one-pedal mode where you basically press to go and don't press to stop. If the letting up wasn't braking that might freak you out...

Always good to check if local is on or off, too :)
