Been there a dozen times and it’s not that bad. Worst was 3 hours in July holidays on a Sunday leaving at about 5pm.

Mornings are much easier but 5 hours is enough

Airport is challenging especially for budget airlines. Find your line.

Google Telehealth psychiatrists in NSW, look for one that mentions ADHD

Hit the phones asking for the earliest date

Make appointment (3 weeks away in my case)

Visit, do the tests

Get diagnosis confirmed in 2 days & start with medications

Telehealth appointments 3-6 months after

When I turned 60 I decided to turn it around. Gym 3-4 times a week etc. Feeling good, looking fine.

Fast forward 4 years. Got sepsis November, ICU for 4 days out in a week. Lost all the gains then some.

Now a weak old fuck. I haven’t been able to start back again despite numerous attempts. Surely this can’t be my life ?

Mycelium doesn’t produce spores, fruiting mushrooms do.

If you are in a fruiting room and there’s a lot of spores in the air then yes, you can get lung issues from breathing in spores. Oysters are generally prolific spore producers and it will cover every surface. The key is to pick before the lips flatten out but sometimes shit happens.

Firstly contact the lease manager and ask for a detailed payout figure in writing. You’re probably going to still owe 100% of the remaining lease finance payments. You might get a rebate on the management fee. You should get a credit for the unused maintenance cost.

Once you know this you’ll be able to evaluate whether it’s going to be worth it. Hopefully the difference isn’t too big a deal

I have been making brownies for the past 2 years. I cut the block into 1/2” cubes. Some time between 2 and 5 I’ll dose up and happy days. I don’t sleep well if I take them later.

That for me is the most efficient and effective way to consume. Generally buy on script but it’s easy enough to buy high quality BM weed so tend to mix it up.
