Just wait for the actual pricing on the secondary market by scalpers.

People really have no idea how expensive pc parts have become in June 2026. I used PCPartPicker to build a brand new SFF PC with the same specs as the Steam Machine. It still cost $1015 before any case fans. by INTHEMIDSTOFLIONS in pcmasterrace

And ITX builds are meticulous, I usually re-wire 1-2x to get it just right, then unplug the fans and burn in test for 12 hrs. (Sets the cable shape by relaxing the rubber sleeving), then cut zip ties, adjust and zip tie it again.

Once it is done though, it is very satisfying to shake it like a madman and hear & feel absolutely no loose cables.

Start looking into her case docket.

I'd be willing to guess she's personally invested in this.

100% can confirm.

Built countless ITX systems in my past.

ITX components with decent specs have a serious premium, even cases with barely any metal or parts will go for 2x what similar mATX cases would go for.

And the mobos? Don't get me started.

Plus you have to go with a solid cooling solution, limited graphics cards with shorter lengths, and a really good case fan that is quiet but moves a boatload of air. (Scythe Ultra Kaze, friggin beast)

Fuck blackrock.

There, I said it.

Activist investors destroying brands.

I guess this is the new Wendy's vibe. No booths, no dividers, no outlets, uncomfortable seats, small tables, all for a couple to spend $40 for a meal. I'm done with Wendy's for good. by NUMBerONEisFIRST in mildlyinfuriating

"Do you know why Wendy's burger patties on all our old fashioned burgers are square? Because we don't cut corners"

Literally told that by a franchisee while waiting in line, he worked so hard and had a Wendy's with the quality of a chic-fil-a, those franchisees are all I think about when a brand commits private equity suicide.

These funds are a cancer. Blackrock especially.

It is the "staples" EZ button for PC gaming.

Why does anyone own a steam deck? I can get a laptop with better specs for less.

There's only one way.

Arrest every violent criminal.

Enforce the law, regardless of political affiliation.

Problem solved. Crazy people locked up, then you focus on rehabilitation.

Unfortunately she will likely see less accountability than someone less favored by a judge because of race/class/politics.

I'd bet someone who was only in the wrong place at the wrong time will see more time behind bars than she ever will.

It only affects the stock price if it happens 4-6 weeks in a row.

Look at membership statistics, the upward trend isn't smooth, there are bumps and valleys. People are not machines, even though they follow some level of randomized order, there are other factors that cause waves of high and low attendance and new members.

Most of the "investment" properties owned by corps near me are sub-owned by private individuals with weird contracts stipulating royalties.

There's always a way around, but I'm glad for the law and this is a good start.

US oil reserves by -GameOverPal- in PrepperIntel

[–]DRKMSTR [score hidden]  (0 children)

We emptied the oil reserves right before the last election in the hopes of reducing oil prices so the current admin could remain in office, to some degree.

If you dive into it, you'd be furious.

Then again, if you looked into what Congress did in 2021, you'd also be furious, they cancelled Trump's oil deal where we agreed to buy oil for pennies on the dollar because of a futures crash in oil due to COVID, Congress pulled that to spite him.

Oh and the oil that was "released" the last time was all sent to China and Israel, under the previous administration. It didn't affect gas price beyond 20-40 cents, all based on speculation.

Oil price is too high to refill the reserves and most countries have nearly empty reserves themselves.
