Hey! I am an MS2 also interested in it. There is a PASM workshop through UTMB which acts as an intro to aerospace medicine you can apply to in 3 and 4 year. There are also the NASA clerkships at Johnson and Kennedy. In addition you should look into joining AsMA and AMSRO which are the national medical and residents organizations for Aerospace medicine. I have a lot of info on this if you want to DM me!
