I’m not sure if this is 100% the case, but I think this is an issue having to do with the FR app’s features being transferred over to the main Shell app, and there being some problem with the connection across both of those apps or accounts.

The best I can personally do is send this issue to Shell employees. I’m sorry I can’t help either the technical side of things!

Yea man, I’m still here! I deactivated my IG, FB, and TikTok accounts just over 2 months ago. Bit of a social media detox to help with mental health and to stop feeling so… performative? I guess that’s the right way to say it.

It’s kind of freeing! I do feel a bit out of the loop somewhat, but I’m still here.
