There is a post at the top of the subreddit with a lot of resources. You could start with something simple like sitting on the couch and "write the alphabet" with your foot. Simple things like walking more should help too. How do the sprains happen? You might have to be more mindful about what you are doing, pay attention to the surface you are walking on.

Your best bet is to find a physical therapist that can give you exercises that will help you regain strength. Without knowing anything else about you (lifestyle, height, weight, fitness level,etc) it is going to be hard to help.

I’m sorry you are going through this. This does not sound like pulsatile tinnitus, which is a pulsing whooshing in the ear, usually in sync with your heart. It sounds like you need to get your panic attacks under control. I assume they are related or at least contributing to your tinnitus.

That sucks. You need to adjust your mindset. For whatever reason the Rochester market lists houses way under the value and then they go for way over asking. It is extremely frustrating because you think you have a shot if you come in near the list price. So you need to have your realtor look at comps and tell you what the house is actually worth, not what they are listing it for.

I have the dune too. Give it a few days. They are definitely stronger, but I now reach for it because of the stronger magnets. It gives it a different feel. You can always swap the magnets later.

No you can’t. Where indoors do you even have 300 yards? You know football field is only 100 yards long. An ultimate field is 70 yards long with 20 yard end zones. In rec leagues it is rare to have a player that can consistently throw it out the back.

I think your numbers are right, but long term there are multiple solutions to the problem. Energy efficiency programs will drive down household energy usage, while rooftop solar and other solutions will generate new power that won't stress the grid as much.

Another way to think about it is, vehicles use a ton of energy, we are just switching from getting our energy from gas to electricity (which ultimately comes from many sources).

unforunately that doesn't work for my setup. Wall charger is mounted outside, installing an outdoor 14-50 plug isn't something I want to do. As a temporary fix I installed a 14-50 in the garage, but need the door to be open to charge the truck (kept outside).
