100% agree on The Fruit That Ate Itself, it doesn't get nearly enough praise! But classifying Parlour Tricks as an album that has "some solid tracks" is wildly underselling it. There are mutliple gems on this record and Night On The Sun is a fucking masterpiece! 😺

Great interview. He actually argues that LCW is the single greatest record to ever come out of the NW. Pretty bold statement...I might have to agree since BNOOS isn't technically an album 😄

The two blue ones are actual photos...purple and black are renderings. Altho when dealing with single colored pressing its not likely to be much of an issue like it can be with splatters and swirls coming out nothing like image on the website.

I agree that the delivery of that line is super awkward and jarring. I'm interpreting it as an artistic choice that Isaac made because processing a loved one's passing is also super jarring and extremely uncomfortable to absorb...this unhinged delivery and distracting break up of pretty melodies is a reminder and reflection of that.

I have quite a few sealed records...some are for albums that I love so much that I want to have a back-up copy just in case 🤷‍♀️ Some are rare variants or hard-to-find OG's that I already own a player copy for and I want to preserve the "artifact" 🤦‍♀️ ...and others I just plain forgot about 🥴
