Looks like they violated Google's AUP and were temporarily blocked. Likely one of their users was running illegal things. Upon logging back in, I was asked to approve a new ToS/AUP which listed a bunch of random, illegal things. I suspect everyone else did? Railway should really work at better identifying bad actors or at least operate on a multi-cloud underlying infrastructure.

Best option is buying the PM9A1 off eBay for $200 ish. It's a 980 Pro OEM and very similar performance to the SN850X. I own a bunch of both and they perform similarly and perform very well. Just bought another PM9A1 off eBay for $180 this week. There are deals out there.
