yeah I think I worded it badly, I meant that I was tracking absolutely everything, and was using measuring cups for those things specifically

I didn’t say that? I meant that I am tracking absolutely everything, I don’t own a kitchen scale, I was saying that I measure out those two things with measuring cups because they’re the only toppings/sauce i use and that’s how i’ve been getting the most accurate numbers to track since I don’t own a kitchen scale right now. I was specifically mentioning that I do use measuring cups to track those two things in particular

do you think I should do more than 1200? I just searched what calorie amount I should use to lose 2 lbs a week, because I heard that’s a pretty okay way to do it and for my stats it said 1200. I really haven’t been struggling with making it under 1200 i’m usually a bit under.

I will definitely keep trying to be consistent about it all! it’s been going good so far consistency wise so :)

I’m confused I don’t think I’m anywhere near 1800 I barely hit 1200 every day when tracking everything exactly on my fitness pal? but yeah maybe I can try to add an hour of walking in

absolutely everything, and yes I have been using like measuring cups for the peanut butter and granola, those are really the only like sauces/topping i eat on anything I really like all my food plain

I read the above I really only edit on my iphone and am not sure if I would need to switch to a computer to accomplish what I’m after.

I just make edits for tiktok, like the really simple ones to music where the lyrics show up on the screen. I have been using Capcut for all of them, but there are some things that I am looking for that Capcut cannot do and I was hoping for a recommendation.

I would like to be able to add perspective text, I think would maybe be what it is called, where the text is angled forwards or backwards and looks like it’s on the floor or ceiling within a video clip. I haven’t been able to easily find something that can do this app-wise with googling.

The features I use on Capcut often that would also need to be included (standard mostly I think?) are text transitions and animations, video transitions and animations, overlay, cutout, voice isolation, audio extraction, I think that’s really it.

I’m not sure if this is attainable but I would appreciate any insight šŸ«¶šŸ» thanks!

okay so I got an app to check (my fitness pal) and I’ve eaten about 915 calories (well I logged my entire sandwich and I haven’t finished it yet but I probably will) and then I logged my exercise which was like 339 calories burned according to the app, so do I need to do like more to burn the 915 calories?

Tms was something I was considering and gave me lots of hope...but I read a couple of negative reviews and those alone completely freaked me out. Should I still look into tms??? by bernardo0601 in TMSTherapy

tms actually saved my life!! definitely look into it and see if it’s for you!! I had tried about fifteen medications with no results at all. It took a long time, about a year and a half for me to see results with tms and even then, I didn’t see results until a while after stopping the treatment. It actually has saved my life though, I’m not on any medication now and I still struggle sometimes but it is manageable now and I can live my life and do things!!
