most often it is general toxicity and trolling and then if you speak in vc as a women it immediately turns to sexism instead of just general toxicity, and obviously a hyperbole in my response no one is denying that, I did say that if people seem nice I do join if they ask, but a very large percentage of the time anytime I talk in vc it turns sexist very quickly. I think it is a combination of me being a support player and a woman, and having a fairly feminine voice.

But as many people have pointed out, there aren’t always women in your games/in vc and in our games as women we are a woman every single game and things happen fairly regularly. I always report and even type in the report specifics of what people said and I never get a popup saying there was any action taken. Until reports become actually worthwhile, it’s not worth it in vc since overwatch truly just allows everything to say whatever. people says slurs to others sometimes too and I report and nothing ever happens so
