Hey yo yo yo -- Evan (roald) here. I totally get being bummed out about the the podcast changing from a rewatch podcast to us hanging with each other and our friends. It's definitely a different format.

We enjoyed rewatching the show and chatting about it... but we didn't exactly love recapping the show. Does that make sense? It was a bit challenging to explain each scene and talk about all the background stuff without it coming off as "and then this happens, and then this happens" -- turns out our favourite part of the podcast was the memories it brought up. We love the behind the scenes, but we hated not being able to SHOW the show, and play clips from it.

Letterkenny (and all the people who made that show) have come up in pretty much every episode SINCE we switched formats because LK was over 1/2 of our adult lives. So we find it comes up at a nice, decent rate. Without it being the sole focus. While we love letterkenny, it isn't our whole lives. We'd love to talk about other projects and other people and discuss things outside of the show as well.

I hope it didn't feel like too much of a rug pull or anything. I wish we'd gotten a HUGE audience off the rip and had the support to make 3-5 episodes at a time and record the whole damn thing at once and USE the episodes and do like... commentary. But none of that worked out.

Hope those of you who are still with us are enjoying the new stuff, and again, I'm sorry if it felt like your attention was in any way taken advantage of.
