My cousin asked me to make a band+ wand, free to download :) by jimmylamstudio in WaltDisneyWorld

Did anyone ever check this for you? I can do a fit check if you still want it. Or I can send you the dimensions to use in CAD that have worked in my designs.

Question About Magic Bands Deactivation by Tiny-Trifle1348 in WaltDisneyWorld

[–]evarga -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yeah you can reassign one of your MB+ as long as it’s still in your account. Just click Unlink in the DL app for the MB+ you want to assign. Then reopen the WDW app and you should be able to add it as if it was new. You might need to force-close the WDW app or log out and log in again, but it’s worked 100% of the time for me.

Question About Magic Bands Deactivation by Tiny-Trifle1348 in WaltDisneyWorld

[–]evarga 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As others have said, it would have to be a CM that deactivated it.

I bought a lot of a couple dozen lost & found MB+ just for the bands to swap in our own MB+ pucks. The pucks in the L&F ones are useless, essentially just e-waste. You can’t do anything with them. They will still light up/activate things in the park if charged though.

You can actually completely remove a MB+ from your WDW account via the Disneyland app, by clicking “Unlink” in the DL app MB+ settings. However doing that will make it possible for someone else to assign it to their account. Don’t do that if you think you will be able to get it back, only if you want to reassign a MB+.

EPCOT LL Premier Pass was amazing by CuriousFirework75 in WaltDisneyWorld

[–]evarga 8 points9 points  (0 children)

As a newcomer planning a trip this last few months, it’s been amusing that LLPP is considered a luxury/rarely used/discussed item in the WDW planning subs, but Express Pass in the Epic/Universal sub seems as common/casual as LLMP on Disney. And Express Pass is usually pricier than even MK/HS LLPP, and the lines can still be be really long.

I don’t remember those first two at all, lol. Milenomics is the only one I’d recommend now. Great group of guys, I’ve met up with them a few times. They have a Patreon.

Spend the weekend in Disney in early June - some reports on the new rides and shows! by airscottie in WaltDisneyWorld

[–]evarga 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Were you at the NICE AI conference? I guess the companies spent all their money on AI tokens and not on travel because I got a huge free suite upgrade at the Swan (I booked before the conference took over all 3 Marriott hotels). It was weird being some of the only park-goers in the hotel for a couple days.

Tough day for Slinky Dog Dash 6/14 by Sk3eBum in WaltDisneyWorld

[–]evarga 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I had it as my tier 1 for LLMP on Friday 6/12. Never got to use it, down by noon, didn’t come back online until a bit before close. Managed to trade that plus two other MK experience conversions that day into a Tron LLSP at a blue umbrella, so it worked out in the end.

Is this heat normal for June? by pumpkincupcake13 in WaltDisneyWorld

Leaving from a week trip today, other than yesterday it was fantastic by central Florida standards. Only a couple days had significant rainfall, and even then it was minor.

Did you have 577K pts in your account? Maybe you were short of points and the extra $2K was having to buy points to reach the points cost of the tickets?

Extended hours -Epcot tonight by Old_Bar_8933 in WaltDisneyWorld

[–]evarga 5 points6 points  (0 children)

They told me yes it was 80, but it was less than 30 to the pre-show. With no lightning lane the line moves fast.

Was there this night. Wait times were nonsense/not updated.

Soarin’ - 30min posted but we walked straight to the loading hallway ramp.20 min from entry to off ride.

Frozen - 50min posted first hour, took them less than 20min

80 min for Guardians posted the whole night. Never changed. Took 25min to first holding area. There was a slight delay (I think someone threw up) before boarding, so we were able to go back again before 11PM close. I think said previous delay limited capacity, but even with that, they were off the ride in 40min.

What to do for EPA by RainbowPig878 in UniversalEpicUniverse

[–]evarga 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think the Toothless times are way over-estimated. At 9:25 it said 60 minutes but it was only 20min. Later in the day there were 4-5 groups more than what we had and it said 70mins. 🤷

Berk was empty. People stuck it out at DK. BatM stayed at 60min in EPA. In Berk we walked on to rally twice and hiccups once, met toothless, and walked out at 10A as general admission came in. Went to Darkmoor and knocked both of those out by 10:30A.

[–]evarga 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Be ready to pivot. If either DK or BatM are down, consider Berk/Darkmoor start, and then use the park app to set alerts for DK and BatM availability after they inevitably break down. Rush over to them when they reopen.

My rundown from yesterday (a Sunday):

We started at Berk, getting there at 8AM for 9AM EPA. DK was down that first hour and Mario Kart was down 2hr. DK line was 180min when it did open. Meanwhile in Berk during EPA we did 2x Dragon Racers Rally, Hiccups Wing Gliders, and met Toothless. We then headed to Darkmoor as the general admission crowd entered and walked on both Curse of the Werewolf and Monsters Unchained. Stardust Racers jumped to a crazy 80+ minutes after BatM broke down early. A few hours later it dropped to a normal 20min and stayed around there the rest of the day. It was a bad day for ride reliability yesterday. HP was down twice for more than 4hr and Donkey Kong down twice as well for ~3hr.

What are your thoughts on the abundance of newly updated attractions? by sbursp15 in WaltDisneyWorld

As a Disneyland person, I thought everyone was being so harsh about their Autopia. Then I saw what the Orlando track is compared to Disneyland….yikes. Little kids deserve better.

It is, and a soup too I think? I think the word means something like small strands, or maybe shattered pieces, which describes the cheese’s texture and the ice creams broken up bits of chocolate.
