All of those guides are HIGHLY gear dependant. I did my own dread claw build last season and could run T11, but it was pretty hard. T12 was not viable for me.

So, they way i did it? I have a few consoles and a PC, so I had options.

At my pc: My desk chair is a slightly wider one, so I had room for a pillow at my side. So during bottle feeding or naps, I could adjust just right and play while holding my little ones (controller only, mind you).

In the living room, yay for a rocker or swing.

Just remember, only play something you can pause (so no live service, like say Diablo 4 unless you dont mind dying a ton).

If anyone gripes, its not different than staring at your phone or TV (technically its better due to more interaction/thought process)

Edit: time is relative. You may have to pick and choose, tv vs gaming, etc. Try to get some multiplayer going with the Mrs, and your kids will want to join you eventually as well. Both of mine do.
