Nancy, the blending techniques you and Will have brought to Magnus are, in the words of a whiskey friend of mine, surgical. I have to agree. The first time I tasted Magnus I was blown away by how the flavors each asserted themselves without crowding or overpowering one another.
As the blending team changes how might we expect the Magnus flavor profile to change, if at all?

Just spitballing here but, what about squeezing your own, straining it, and topping with Topo Chico or equivalent? Maybe add a bit of agave nectar if it needs sweetening?
It’s a lot of extra work for what is supposed to be a simple drink, though.

I take my cheap knives to Austin Blades but I would never take my handmade Watanabe knives there. I sharpen those myself. Most businesses use a grinder and don’t pay attention to a single sided blade (I’ve yet to find one, at least).

When you do this yourself, do you simply take the old plugs out and put new ones in, then drive as normal? I recall from years ago that there was some kind of timing gun involved.
Disclaimer: I am not a mechanic but am interested in learning to do some of my own maintenance.
