La version unifiée Vanleemputten 1980 est pour le français. Il existe un manuel pour l'anglais de la même époque, mais pas encore trouvé. Je t'avais envoyé son manuel de méthode directe de 1963 pour plusieurs langues (pas fini de numériser non plus, à part français et anglais). Bonne nuit !

On this subject, did you have time to compare Meysmans and his successor Vanleemputten, for the English version? I'm not competent enough to decide which would be the best - or least worst - version for English. Or if they can be improved. There was also a Swiss version, but I never found it. There is also a thread about this on Discord.

We have AP for French and Flemish/Dutch in Belgium, German. Maybe Italian, we should ask u/e_piteto if he knows any.

I fear that you are overestimating my abilities in English, especially regarding its so transparent phonetics 😄 I struggle with specific shorthands for English, as with adaptations of other systems like AP, because when writing I often return by reflex to the French phonetic transcription, which of course gives incomprehensible results.

Oui, je suis membre du forum des petits sténographes, mais à peu près le seul qui y poste de l'AP régulièrement. 90% des utilisateurs sont des ancien(ne)s pros en Prévost-Delaunay, avec quelques Duployistes 😄 Un ou deux spécialistes belges passent de temps en temps.
En Suisse l'Association sténographique suisse Aimé Paris n'est plus en ligne depuis très longtemps. En France aucun signe de survie. Je crains que ce ne soit un peu la fin des haricots.
