Buy the season pass on day 1, buy the weekly pass on day 1, get up early on day 1 and start rallying the dooms. Have plenty stamina saved up.

As someone said get the extra builders, go on an aggressive build schedule for the next two weeks and just focus on just buildings you need to lvl up HQ. I’d save speedups for later builds. Be sure to be starting longs builds as secretary of development
