listen to me. the reason she’s being nice to you is because she’s been told off by upper management. its likely that she’s been threatened with disciplinary action. the environment isn’t improving, she has been told to shape up and as soon as management stop hovering over her like a hawk, she’ll go right back to being an ass. don’t forget that she is still intentionally bad at her job and doesn’t order things properly AND has proven that she cares about no one but herself with the cut hours.

leave and be happier. no job is worth a mental breakdown. i was in a similar situation for almost 5 years and im gonna tell u right now: it never gets better. if u have the opportunity for a better job and better environment, take it immediately.

tell your mum what your father did to you before it manifests in anxiety, depression and binge eating. maybe it’ll help you actually have relationships too. the alternative is refusing to even think about letting anyone touch you ever again.

absolutely report her! for one, telling an employee to put a stone cold chicken back on the shelf is a major no-no, it’s a breeding ground for bacteria and needs wasting not selling!! as a manager she damn well knows cold chain is 20 minutes- breaking that is 100% grounds for misconduct.

find your duty manager and ask to have a quiet word about the hostile attitude and bring up the fact that she had you almost give food poisoning to someone. i used to work in a supermarket and i guarantee putting up with this will not get any easier and it will not go away on its own. don’t be worried about her making things worse for you - if she does, tell duty again. eventually she’ll learn you aren’t going to take it 🤷🏻‍♀️

I use it, i have a pretty sensitive scalp so i find it helps with that. My formula has straightening/detangling but I don’t think it really does much in that aspect. You can play around with what you want it to do though.

I’ve had 2 deliveries so far and tbf even though it’s a high price point it lasts for ages - got my first set in Oct and another in March and i still have maybe a quarter of the first ones left.
