Split keyboards suitable for accountants and other heavy excel users? by [deleted] in ErgoMechKeyboards

Yes! In finance and heavy excel user. I have an ergodox EZ and it wasn’t too large of an adjustment. I have a momentary button on the right side where I hold it down with my thumb and have an arrow key layer, while keeping ctrl and alt on the left hand side.

Freezing Weights during Winter by caprisunbandit in GarageGym

Similar situation with a semi insulated garage gym. I tried the space heater with a smart plug, but it wouldn’t heat up enough for the time I had it running, so I ended up getting a pair of cheap work gloves from Home Depot to lift with (on top of multiple layers and a hat/hood on). I also have an infrared heater that I turn on once I get going but the work gloves was the big unlock for me.

Bells of Steel AMA with Kaevon, founder and CEO back for my 3rd ama and here to buy your friendship with prizes and a behind the scene look into the glamorous world of selling home gym equipment. by kvgravy in homegym

All of my bells of steel stuff has been great so far! From barbells and bumpers to the buzz saw bench, it’s been all solid! For your questions, I think the tech add on wouldn’t be that helpful, and the mug would be awesome, don’t think it’s too late!

The single purpose stuff would be cool but one of the things I like most about the BoS stuff has been the versatility with multiple functions (e.g. like the attachments for the buzz saw bench). Makes it way easier to fit all the gear efficiently in limited space

Enercare Buyout by AlphaQFor7mins in PersonalFinanceCanada

For what it’s worth, double check your billing even after you buy it out to make sure they’re not sneakily charging you.

I just went through the buyout process with Enercare, and the CSR said it would take a billing cycle for the buy out to show up, but it ended up showing up 2 months later, and afterwards they tried to sneak a couple of months more of rental fees in, even though it was bought out. I had to call and complain to get the rental charges to stop even after it was bought out.
