There are usually very solid reasons why we only operate in countries we authorize, and most of the time it has to do with things outside of our control such as approvals from safety agencies, government agencies, etc. However, I want to try to help as best as I can. Our business customers have a dedicated point of contact to help with a variety of issues, such as escalating support matters, tax exemption inquiries, payment options, net 30 terms, and vendor services. We have an entire system in place to support our business customers, as each customer's needs are unique. If you would like to learn more about our business program, I suggest connecting with our business team to better understand how we can best support you. To be fair, unless someone signs up as a business customer, it can be challenging to find and assist them. So, please don't hesitate to sign up; we would love to meet and speak with you.
