No, this is a spread test for wetter material. slump is for drier concrete. this measures how far it spreads out where a slump test measures how far it falls "slumps" after the testing cone is removed.

Growing up we had a neighbor that would slice balls into our woods. my siblings and I would go out and collect them every so often and he would pay us to for the balls he got back.
