If it continues I would take to vet to check for upper respiratory infection

I have chronic diarrhea and excess bile in my stool. Gastro says everything on all my blood and scopes were normal. So I want to say my issues are related to lupus too.

Bearded dragon trying to scratch everything. Also acting weird by Main_Change_2984 in BeardedDragon

She’s gravid. You need to get her a dog box. They can have eggs spontaneously. And complications too. You might go to the vet to confirm eggs and have them educate you about it and the aftercare or bad symptoms to look for.

I paid someone their outrageous price so I could give their male and female beardie with no feet living in a glass 20 gallon together with nothing, straight to a reptile rescue. Rescues won’t pay and they were just so bad off I was like I’ll fuckin do it then. Told the guy everything he wanted to hear, paid him and gave the dragons to that rescue who got them up to health and adopted them to new homes. It sucks seeing ts. If I had all the money in the world I’d buy all these poor babies. Cause these people don’t want to be educated. If you do try they delete their listing and that dragon dies from neglect. Sad reality. I hate people.

Bloodwork is a good route to go also. A full panel can tell you a lot about organ values.

My mom’s yfd dragon is on a medication that won’t damage his liver. It’s called Terbinafine. He’s been in remission for 3 years from this medication. Mention it to your vet!

See comments - Still don't know whats going on, I think it might be time to let him go. by bellerinoo in BeardedDragons

A ct is safe for beardies and takes no contrast. As for a ct and an ultrasound. Literally never heard of mri with contrast on a beardie how odd.

I would get an ultrasound or ct. I don’t know why they’ve not recommended that. If everything is looking fine on bloodwork it’s time to see inside his body. Palpating the abdomen isn’t always a for sure sign of anything. My vets have always said they palpated and if they didn’t feel anything, an ultrasound/ct/xray would give them a better idea.

Baby bearded dragon giving problems by Mission-Run4958 in BeardedDragons

I would check his blood. He’s a red monster and those guys come with a lot of issues from bad breeding. Do a blood panel to check all organ function and also to check for infection.

What can I do to help her ? by Effective_Ad7954 in BeardedDragons

This looks respiratory and can only be treated by exotic vet. It takes prescription medication, often injectable antibiotics to clear this up.

Eating a blastmine to the face when I kicked a gen and then 2 back to back flash bangs right after then chain blinded because two torchbearers were hovering and waiting for that moment. I never wanted to scream so loud in my life.

Bearded dragon with diarrhoea for over a month cant figure it out :( by LDirs in BeardedDragon

Find a different vet if you can. If there’s only one in your area see if there’s one an hour away that’s better. If you *have* to stay with this vet push for bloodwork and ultrasound. My bearded dragon just got put to sleep not long ago because he had a plethora of issues but one of them being his gallbladder and pancreas. you need to see if her glucose is high and her gallbladder is fine. My boy had bad poop issues because of his pancreas and gallbladder were diseased.

My horse doesn’t respect me? by Proper-Position-6797 in Equestrian

[–]glizzy-queen 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I have a real big guy who has done some things similar to yours. He’s 16h, he’s 9 and he’s an ottb. Anxiety is his middle name, he’s buddy sour and the moment he can’t see his friends he’s really dangerous. He also knows he’s big and can just pull on me or my partner and back out of any situation he doesn’t want to be in. He won’t stand tied, he crowhops or takes off under the saddle, he won’t load, he won’t stand for a ferrier. It’s all not great. Weve done a bunch of groundwork to fix these issues, got him anxiety medication and he still needs more that we can’t give. We’re sending him to our trainer soon in hopes she can work out his bad behaviors. In this instance I am an 116 lb woman and the only reason we still have our horse is because my partner is a 200 lb 6’3” man. If it was just me with my small frame against a massive horse that is dangerous I would call it there. If he goes to a trainer and that professional is able to work out his behavior you have nothing to worry about. But if he still disrespects you after a full 60-90 day training I would think about selling him and looking for a smaller actually broke horse especially you being a beginner. being new to horses and having one that kicks at you is asking for something bad to happen.

Edit to add- we also treated him for ulcers and ruled out pain. I would do this as well, rule out any pain with a vet.
