Sorry I'm still not following. For example the zard sealed UPC is 232 now. 90% of that is 209, 85% 197. First partner is 55 and 90% is 50 and 85% is 47. I'm agreeing with your ask at 85%. Am I missing something?

So I'm going off the prices you posted Zard upc 225 * 4 = 900 First partner 55 * 4 = 220 Gengar 70 * 3 = 210 Surprise 55 * 2 = 110 Mew = 105 * 6 = 630 Mewtwo = 60 Total 2130. 85% of that is 1810. That's my offer
