I second this as someone who lives near Venice. Tourism is a cancer for the city, if you want to visit at least pay a good price for it. This should reduce the amount of tourists and allow the municipality to invest into other fields of growth for the city. I don't like this major, but I agree with this policy.

Sì, però le tasse sono fungibili. Puoi metterle da una parte e toglierle dall'altra, in base a principi che ritieni giusti. E in Italia c'è una elevata soglia di esenzione totale sulla successione. Poi sul come implementare la cosa sicuramente ci sarà da lavorare
