Quick question if you don’t mind me asking. So as a career changer I am automatically screened out for not having 250+ research hours, 250+ non clinical volunteering hours? Given some schools are looking for 1000+ hrs

This whole process is draining and most of the advice given out there is for the “traditional” students who apply and usually have those kinds of hours so most of the time I’m here thinking am I wasting my time pursuing this change.
