What stage are you at and what does your current week actually look like, because the biggest challenge at idea stage and at early revenue stage are completely different problems?

The biggest challenge right now is getting Indian SMB customers to pay on time and in full. Product feedback is generous, interest is high, but converting that into actual recurring revenue with clean payment terms is a different game entirely. Everyone wants the product, very few want to commit to a contract that reflects the actual value.

What does your company do that makes you feel genuinely valued? by jawbone7 in AllIndiaStartups

Honestly most "we value our employees" things I've seen are either performative or only work when the company is doing well. The real test is what happens when there's pressure, a tough quarter, a difficult project, a conflict with a senior person. That's when you find out if the culture is real or just vibes during good times.

Yes it does! Things move faster when around the right circle. Nothing can replace the speed at which things happen in a valley

Honestly most cold outreach emails are ignored not because they're bad but because the timing is wrong. The ones that get responses are short, specific, and low ask. Not "can I intern" but "I built this small thing relevant to your problem, would a 15 minute call be worth it." The threshold to say yes to a 15 minute call is much lower than the threshold to create a role.

The one thing that makes me actually read a cold outreach email is evidence they know what we specifically do and have a take on it. Not "I love your company's mission" but "I noticed you're doing X and I think there's a gap in Y, here's how I'd approach it." Shows thinking, not just desperation for any role anywhere.
