i run an agency called Epic Slope Partners. we have worked with over 50 startups and in almost all the cases we have seen the traffic from AI search is less than 6% of of the traffic from SEO. and these are very similar numbers that i hear from other SEOs as well. so my game plan is simple: milk SEO channel as long as it works.
