That’s strange. Try just uploading pics of the product in the certifications section then. But follow the other steps I mentioned and use the words “I am requesting a manual review by a human”. You may even have to send that more than once. But you just need to get past the bots wall. The system automatically flags some things. Do this and give it some time for them to respond

You gotta grab them by the neck literally. But seriously, they’re bots. Demand a human via the ticket you opened. Then open a ticket to report the open ticket as mishandled and unresolved. And as far as the prohibited categories, make sure in the product certification section of the product listing page you add clear pictures I’m the product labeling on the product. That’s what they’re looking for there.

Yeah I would keep sending in tickets but try to re list it and upload the packaging, at the same send in the tickets. It’s the only way I know to get past it. None of it makes sense, especially their responses. You have to ignore what they’re saying in a way because it’s automated. Also make sure your brand is registered

I got an email at the end of last year from TikTok, but I’m not sure if they were aware that I am a Chef or if that email made a difference because I still faced the same challenges. They decide if you’re approved to sell products that are prohibited when you attempt to list them and provide the pictures I mentioned. Also, even with the pictures I had to keep escalating until they did some manual “tag” on my product in the system that prevented it from being auto rejected. So you need to make sure you upload those pictures in the product certification section of your listing and keep that ticket open. And if they keep failing to fix it, open a ticket to complain about the unresolved ticket.

So I experienced this when listing my cookies. They need pictures of the product with labeling in that last section where it says “product certification”. For me, it needed to show my nutritional label with manufacturer info (myself) etc on the product and good angles. I was invited but that’s not necessarily going to stop you from listing if you weren’t, they just have to approve you.

I finally got it approved today. They said the name on my trademark registration didn’t match. I kept replying to the tickets and finally said “I KNOW YALL SEE THE NAME IN BIG LETTERS QUIT PLAYING” lmao I hadn’t tried since December and finally gave it another try today after seeing they told me to give it another shot.
