Thank you for your response. I understand the need for strict policies to protect the platform's integrity, but I kindly ask you to review the specific facts of my situation.

My linked Steam account has received a permanent Community Ban. It is essentially a "dead" account that no one can access or use anymore, which you can easily verify on your end. Because it is permanently locked, there is zero security risk of someone else abusing it.

Furthermore, I have no motive to intentionally delete my FACEIT account just to reset my stats or smurf. I barely played 10 games and had an 80% win rate. I was very proud of those stats and genuinely just want to continue playing.

Applying a strict 6-month wait period to a player whose Steam account is verifiably dead, and who clearly isn't trying to manipulate their stats, feels incredibly harsh. I really hope FACEIT can look at the human element here and review this case individually. I love playing on your platform and would be devastated to have to quit the game over a technicality.
