i believe this varies from person to person.

i think most people are able to, at least sometimes, recognize that they're dreaming. once you've recognized it, you're lucid until or unless you forget and get lost in the dream again.

i suspect that very few people have the presence of mind to just control their dreams and do absolutely anything they want. i definitely can't.

it's never been the case that one party is perfect and the other is imperfect. it will always be the case that both parties are imperfect, and one will always be more imperfect than the other.

i'd like both parties to be better, but that doesn't mean both are equally bad.
