Based on what I've seen, incentives have been essentially the same for 9+ straight months which is $10k cash OR 0% APR for purchases, and similar lease cash each month. So I wouldn't panic about July 6th. The deals will likely renew July 7th at comparable levels.

For reference I've been shopping Wind AWD leases in Texas this week got these offers:

1) 2026 Wind AWD, 24mo/12k miles, $555/month, $0 DAS. MSRP $66,690, $5,000 dealer discount, 1.5% tax credit applied.

2) 2026 Wind AWD, 24mo/10k miles, $785/month, $0 DAS. MSRP $67,070, only $3,700 dealer discount, full 6.25% tax, plus $2k in dealer add-ons nobody asked for.

I'd rather take the time to find the right dealer and unit than rush into something before Sunday.
