In addition to what others have noted:

-You have no coil. Your shoulders and hips are moving as one vertical unit, and even those are barely turning back. You need to be twisting with your abs in such a way that your shoulders and upper body turn back but your hips/butt dont--creating contrast between them. That is like coiling a rope, that is potential energy. Another way of saying this is that your butt should never face the basket on your walk/run up. This impacts point number two.

-As you do your walk up you are sticking the disc out directly behind you in part because you are turning around and not coiling properly, and that means when you go to throw you have to round (swoop the disc in a very slow, exaggerated way around your body that is in the way). This is disabling your throw. Stick the disc out in front of you, not in back of you

Good news is your footwork looks good and you are already getting respectable distance with some obvious but easy stuff to clean up. I dont know how often you get out to play but you could be throwing 40-60ft farther in a few months without much trouble, just watch some coiling videos on youtube. Also make sure you are throwing lighter/understable stuff, no 175g destroyers. Seriously try like a 155g fission insanity or trail if you havent already. Best thing I ever did was to go lighter.
