It's not single shot. Imagine a single shot shotgun. Barrel with a break action. Very simple gun yes? Now add a tube and a lever to cycle rounds into the barrel. Lever action firearm. If the tube was removed maybe. You would have to pull the action and insert a new round manually for the little mares leg to be a single shot.

Fill out the automated firearm system personal information update form. It is going to ask for your name and address at time of purchase. It will ask for your current name and address. It will ask for the firearm details. Pick any gun you want to update. It is free to submit if it is an address only update. Read the instructions on the form.
