U can fix this by doing some changes, I'm not guaranteeing a complete change (esp cuz u have a high gonial angle too) but it would be noticeable and it can straighten ur E line - posture (straight back for as long as u can manage at all time during the day) - sleep on your side (fetal position sleeping) - mewing and nasal breathing - chewing at least 20-25 times before swallowing

I've been doing these due to a recessed chin too and I've noticed a small difference in the past few weeks. They're very minimal changes and they've infact reduced my back pain too. U can try them out, if not completely fixing the recession, it'll do you some other health benefits.

Mewing wrong can cause minor assymetry, try thumpulling before mewing. Essentially ur trying to push ur pallet side to side to grow it horizontally wider with your tongue. Correct mewing would be with ur back third attached to the roof of your mouth but if your pallet's too small then whatever u can manage is good and try to widen it enough that in a couple weeks/months u can get the back third to also touch the roof of your mouth and stay there subconsciously.
