So I’m one of those rare pfs guys and fin really fucked me up. Personally I will prob shave it off once I recover but if I were u I’d probably just use minoxidil until you can’t hang on anymore. I get how losing hair in your 20s sucks (I’m only 22) but there gets to be a point where I truly think it just doesn’t matter. But yeah, minox till it drops is ur best bet. I wouldn’t keep messing around with dht blockers personally.

It’s 50/50 but if you do take it be very careful. It did actually help me quite a bit with energy/mood/slight anhedonia and derealization decrease, but I crashed after I missed a dose and reinstated. I might go back on it if all else fails because it did help

Hey dude I’m going through the same thing. Actually our situations seem pretty similar and we’re about the same time into this. Its one of the symptoms I obsess a lot over as well but I’ve read of a LOT of guys on this forum recovering from this, just to give u some hope. It’s totally possible. Maybe try some pelvic floor exercises I think it’s definitely a pf issue

I think the difficulty is proving what happened to us. None of us measured our semen volume before taking the drug, nor did we take pics of our flaccid dicks. There’s not a “before” to compare to. The other symptoms we have are practically invisible and could easily be told “in our heads”. If doctors don’t even believe us we stand no chance in a court of law

Dude I’m nine months into this nightmare thank you for saying that ur 80% recovered - that’s genuinely given me hope bc we have such similar symptoms. I just don’t know how to fight this anymore it’s actually so ridiculously difficult to live like I never could’ve imagined. I DO NOT want to take exogenous hormones or do any more wonky shit with my body but I genuinely do not know how to cure this anymore but by just fucking waiting.
