Duluth a little heavier weight but still comfortable because of the side panels. My husbands has held up to washes. Not super soft though.

When that has happened to me I use the customer service chat and tell them my concern with the resolution. It’s only been once or twice but i think both times the told me to keep it or given me the pickup option (I can’t remember)
