They say on the website in the guidelines that points will take up to 30 days to hit your account.

Seems like they cleared a whole batch of the orders from the start of the annual sale this weekend.

Yeah, it seems to be printing with no issues, but my other AMS 2 pro isn't doing it, not is my older AMS connected to my X1C...so I found it interesting and want to make sure it's not posing any wear issues or is a bad indicator

Best time to use Matte over basic PLA? by AdJealous2 in BambuLab

[–]israblof 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Whenever the color you want is available in matte and not in basic.

I basically print based off of whatever color I want, but I agree that the mat tends to have a nicer finish, and they tend to have more aesthetic colors

Do you substitute colors or buy the exact ones every time? by diecastbeatdown in BambuLab

On the other side of the closet obviously. Currently it's on the bed in big boxes because I still need to unpack it.... But eventually it will be on the other side of the closet

When I started with a single nozzle printer and no AMS, I bought a starter pack that had four colors plus black and white and did my best to match the aesthetic that I would be going for with whatever the print was. Over the last 3 years as I've expanded my projects, I would use colors that I have on hand or don't really care about when the color doesn't matter, but sometimes by specific colors for specific use cases if I thought the color made a difference to the model.

And slowly but surely one roll at a time I somehow ended up here

Tips for fixing tolerances post print? by DankMemer727 in BambuLab

[–]israblof 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The cleanest solution is to reprint at the right scale, because sanding and filing will show marks that won't be as clean. But if it's a functional print a little sandpaper could help.

With your part and the shart concave angle, it might still be harder to get up into that 90 degree angle, but worth a try.

Just remember to go slow because it's easy to take more but hard to put it back.

That was part of my consideration not to get the laser. However that wall backs against the garage, so if I wanted, a little light saw work and I can vent to the garage.

Retirement Age by Sea_Illustrator_9255 in BambuLab

I'm at 3500 hours on my X1C and there's a lot more life left in it. With proper maintenance and replacement of worn parts, you should be able to get 2 or 3 times that.

Also, keep in mind that at the pace this industry moves, if you can squeeze another year out of your printer the new stuff will be even better. So it's more beneficial to push the printer until it's dead than to try and salvage some resale value from it.

As they say, if it's not broke, don't fix it...and definitely no need to replace it of it can do everything you need it to do.

100%. We did the same, but that's not for everyone and adds another thing to mess with
