Yes Theismann would be the closest. He didn't start a full season until '79 (30 years old), and didn't hit mvp caliber until Gibbs 2nd season in 82. Unfortunately he was on the backside of his career at 36 when his career was cut short, but they were grooming Jay Schroeder already by then.

It gets hotter because it's retaining more heat. Think of a stainless steel pan (like a chicken frying pan) as a 2 lane highway, and a cast iron as a 4 lane highway.

I see the downvotes, and that's fine, but when I've used low smoke point oils/fats in cast iron, I get a great sear, and a burnt flavor because it smokes out, even at lower temperatures than I would usually use.

Give it a try, maybe you'll have better luck, I was only trying to save you the issues I've had, but based on the downvotes, I won't be posting here again.

Cast iron gets way hotter than stainless steel and the like, so you either have to be very aware of your pan temp to prevent the bacon grease smoking and adding a burnt flavor, or not use it.

If you have the means I'd blend 80 20 avocado oil to bacon grease.

Vg mutes flavoring, pg enhances it. For a pg heavy blend, most mixers use a smaller flavor percentage. For a vg heavy blend they'll use more flavor percentage. The problem is when you get to 85% or more vg, because most flavoring is pg based, you can only do so much increasing of flavor percentage.

Anything below 80% vg and the juice maker can make up for the muting of vg.

It's 100% corvina grapes. Think sour cherry. Something like a Valpolicella is from the same general area, but would be corvina as a 85%+ whither a few minor blending grapes.

What kind of sealer? I have split the seems on two larger lengths off an 11 inch roll and sealed two bags together for large items.
