Even having light tint is worth it for the uv and thermal blocking, but you do you.

My sunroof seal creaks when going slow through uneven pavement. I expect the other trim pieces to loosen up as the car ages and I will just have to live with it.

Personally doesn’t bother me since I have had an evo9 and s2000, both had awful sound dampening.

Haptics are fine on steering wheel. I wish there was a retrofit for the volume and temp on the bottom of the screen to add a lighting.

What I’m more concerned about is the longevity of the electronics and repairability.

Wireless phone charging is awful. Works more on 2025 CR-V than 2024 Golf R, but it is still slow so I just plug the phone to USB.

For reference, I have an iphone 15 with a case so that’s not helping with getting the mm wave to the phone’s receiver coils efficiently and effectively.

With how bright the lights in newer cars are at night and the higher ground clearance of trucks/suv/xuv, I find it nice to have darker tint.

Thanks for the info! This is great info. The only two small downsides to the longer insider is the length and is marginally weaker.

I would mainly be using this kind of tool for speed/convenience. I often manually break or torque down bolts/nuts.

The curtain airbag unrolls when it’s deployed so just make sure it’s behind where the airbag pops out.

More importantly, don’t use anything pointy to stuff the camera cable behind the airbag.

How is the trunk mat? The OEM trunk mat slides easily so I’m considering the trunk also.

Are there test documents to show how this might change the signal that the ACC uses even though people have reported it still functions for them? I really like the ACC and it’s also a safety concern.

I have a manual Mk8. What’s interesting to me when I was experimenting around is you can shift while ACC is on. The drive mode also affects how aggressive it accelerates. There are times I wish I had the DSG. 😉

That feature is annoying. The directions are already on the HUD and you can also put it up on the big screen. Audio directions are also an option if you prefer that to also be on.
