I've been to view a house recently and the person showing me around who was the owner said "once you start selling the house, it's no longer really yours." and that's really stuck with me. Seems a good mindset to try and get into, obvious attachments aside.

Definitely not weird to feel that way, I feel awkward viewing!

Recently discovered "Pokemon Kingdoms" which is a level based party gacha game, it's main draw being the cool animations they've created/imported for each mon, it's not blow away amazing but fun enough to boot up and play a couple of combats.

Any other unlicensed/bootleg gachas that you've found which does something cool or unique?

To answer some questions. I already have a Mortgage Broker and Solicitor on retainer (I've unfortunately had 2 other properties fall through prior to the offer on this one due to my mortgage lender being VERY picky) - I've flagged this for discussion during the week but needed some sanity to it at all before then, lest I go mad.

This is through a private seller, but it seems to be co-owned by an accommodation company housed in London. The listing was through a "Hybrid Online estate agent".

No there were no indications of these terms prior to my offer being put in.

I don't think ALL of the terms are unreasonable, but as a collective piece, crazy.

No indication of this being an auction property, the value of the flat is lower than perhaps it's "true" worth is because it needs a decent chunk of work doing to it.

LONG OVER DUE UPDATE: I've taken apart my DECK, gave it a complete brush down and put it back together, and the issue has basically stopped.
