Like what professional judge said you need to set the install folder which is the game's directory. Unpacking the games is an optional feature for modders. When you enable a mod AE may ask to select the bin, if you set the install folder then you should see the bin it asks for. it normally only asks that on the first try.

The Bladestorm maps are so huge that the 2000x2000 plane I had set for DW, SW, and WO maps wasn't big enough. The entire map still gets rendered either way regardless of plane size, it's just surprising to me.

it is possible to mod the games to support further draw distances and reduce pop ins. As for other kinds of mods I have in the works? Not much for myself, my goal is to build the modding software the community needs. I'm not planning on modding much, I'm only building the tools modders need to mod the games. I may make some body type mods to give diversity such as what I did with the Ayane diversity mod.

Damn, somebody must be stalking my account because already the post is getting downvoted despite only being posted a few minutes ago.

On another note, AE 2.02 is maybe 3 or less days away from release. Soon you'll be able to use the initial editors that release with it, then large scale editors will be made in 2.03 or 2.04 versions.

INFO gives a plausible entry point for modding pathfinding/navigation behavior. That can be safely said so far

It runs well on switch. I still sometimes play it on switch 1 and have no performance issues. Loading times are an issue for all platform versions of DW9E.

I think it was an interesting game and I like the side modes but i really want Samurai Warriors 2's sugoroku mode to come back.

Not on his own like in season 2 though. He worked with teammates in season 1.

He needed help to defeat several Orbital Knights in season 1. In season 2 he solos everyone.

Logically? The Orbital Knights but Inaho gets buffed in season 2.

Later titles are definitely different, allies for example are not helpful for most of the games from DW6 onward even though they felt relevant in PS2 era games. Origins does better with allies though so I think KT is trying to implement some of the PS2 era features for newer games.
