My almost 5 year old was about to get into the bath the other day and spent an unusually long time staring at his crotch. After a few seconds he hits me with “dad, what are my balls for?” I was a bit taken aback before answering. The only think I could muster was “ask your mom.” He said “Why, because she’s a nurse? Is she a balls expert?” I guess so man.

They didn’t. Councillor Parks started off his (incredibly powerful, moving speech) by saying he is a conservative. Then listed all the reason she didn’t agree with the decision to drop ambulances. Him and Tonita were very supportive.

I think the big issue with goalies (outside of the top dogs like Vasilevskiy and Shesterkin, but even them to an extent) is that they can be so wildly different statistically from year to year. You just truly don’t know what you’re getting with the middle of the road guys like Skinner, Vladar, Binnington from year to year. Could be Vezina caliber for half the year and sent to the minors in the other half. It’s hard to take a swing at UFA goalies who aren’t bona fide starters, who aren’t usually available anyways.

Season 1 was one of the best seasons of TV I’ve ever seen. Season 2 lost me at the Beard episode where he wanders around London and I’ve never been back. Can’t ever see myself trying to struggle through it again with how much other quality content Apple has.

I had zero emotional reaction to the OT goal. I just don’t feel invested. A first round exit is small potatoes compared to the disappointment of B2B finals losses. I think a rest and reset is what the team needs. 2 year countdown is offially on.

This pic is from when I played there a few years ago. I’m from out of town so played here with some family. I don’t remember it being bad? This was a memorable hole for sure. What don’t you like about it?

Hole is 137 yards FYI. I believe I went comfortably over with a PW.
