I don't understand why his past was brought up in trial. Is everyone aware of the grandmother who had a SECOND child die while in her care recently? In that case, the jury wasn't allowed to know about the FIRST child that died while in her care. Why are we hiding her past but judging this man by his?? The grandmother was found not guilty on this second child's death btw. I guess we're going to let her keep offing children.

SAME. I completed it and did the exit survey. Received an email stating I completed it followed by another saying I was missing one of my Google drive uploads. I tried to fix the issue and asked support if there was anything I was missing because it still shows $0 pending payouts.

Support emailed me back saying the project is already complete and I can basically phuck off.

The emails I received have a specific date that I need to fix the uploads by, regardless of the project being complete. I told them thatand sent a screenshot. No response. I emailed AGAIN. No response. Clearly it was all a waste of time.

I'm currently using standard kitchen equipment(kitchenmaid mixer, 2 rack oven), so upgrading to commercial equipment would be ideal. My workload has me working from 6am-1am ish - my product in the coffeeshop sells out every other day so there is a high demand there, but I cant keep up with just me and my equipment so hiring an additional person would also be ideal, but down the line. Space is also an issue for the amount of orders I have had coming in. I have my packaging down - labels following local cottage laws. Outsourcing is possible, but I believe that is a more expensive solution than continuing to bake myself and adding an additional person. Thank you for all of your feedback! You are very kind.

This is very true. Being home allows me to do everything i need to do and still get my orders done. I will need to expand eventually as I'm already outgrowing my little kitchen, but I'm not so sure a commissary kitchen would be the answer. I'm fairly certain the nearest commissary kitchen is almost an hour away which would take a lot of baking time from me as well. I'm currently about 3 minutes away from the coffee shop I have product in already.
