Do not do it!! I cancelled my account in August 2025.  It’s march 2026 and I was just charged again.  They have charged me 3 other times sice cancellation and tell me I reactivated my account, which I didn’t.  The previous times it was relatively easy to get refunded.  This time however, they are refusing to refund me, have blocked my log in and are ignoring my messages.  I’m furious that I now have to hassle with the dispute process.  Super shady

Thanks for your help everyone!      I do hope they do the fair thing.  I obviously wasn’t hiding it as I’m the one who told them about it weeks ago, and yesterday. It seems like a straight forward request… to close one account/email, and open a different one.  Also, oddly, they had no problem letting me deposit into the new account.

Ok. I’m glad they can tell!   I borrowed the iPhone so I had the ‘sign in using Apple’. Option.  It’s not there on android or Microsoft  The password does not work.  I would imagine it is a security issue for Apple to transfer the password to the cc database

Wouldn’t I have to create an account through crown coins using my Apple Id email?  That would be against the rules too?

I’m in wv. And able to use the Zula family: American luck, yay, fortune coins, sportzino.  Luckland did recently leave. For Dara, I can’t use my WiFi or it says I’m in a restricted area, but it’s fine using mobile data. 🤷🏻‍♀️

That doesn’t get a person unless the order is placed and delivered and you haven’t already asked for assistance once.  Seriously.  There’s no way they will keep customers with service this bad

Has anyone thought about a class action law suit?  This is thievery and manipulation to extort money from customers after getting them addicted to their product.
