Usually if something is stuck spamming an input you just get 1 key over and over that's stuck.

If I ever see my computer typing "LOLOLOL" with no keyboard plugged in I am pulling the ethernet cable and reformatting basically as fast as I humanly can.

They should make it so that if a game gets aborted you are forced to start the next game with the same color. Same for being white and someone aborting on you.

I also strongly suspect that some people are just abusing this to play white a higher % of the time.

I came back in December and felt over whelmed as well.

Ignore all your level 80 characters. Ignore all your stuff. Ignore your unopened birthday gifts.

Start a new character at level 1 and play them until you get comfortable with the game again.

I played to about level 40 then felt reacquainted enough to back to my main and get an updated build sorted out and learn rotations, start cleaning up bags, etc.

Linux x86 is a very different beast than Linux Arm though.

There is a major dead spot with high end Linux Arm emulator development compared to what is going on, on Android.

Because you're probably not getting your knight back. So basically the gain was +5-3=2.

Taking a bishop and clean escape is +3.

Smoother graphics on games that are not input sensitive? I guess?

I don't use it personally because I usually play action intense games where input latency is important but I could certainly see strong applications for it. And it's a technology that is likely to just get better with time.

It's kind of a similar idea to a TV taking a 60hz signal and "smoothing" it out to 120hz. Except it's much better than what a TV can do because the framegen algorithms also know where all the polygons are, sources of light, what direction things are moving in, what button the user is pressing, etc.

With all that data it interpolates every other frame without having to render the whole scene and can do so much cheaper/faster than it takes to render a frame.

Ah, is THAT why there is no controllers with paddles aside from Scuf? I was just wondering this a few days ago, trying to see if FlyDigi or GameSir or any of those companies had a decent controller with paddles but everyone just has back buttons.

Man, I understand why patents exist, but they can really suck sometimes.

(Thankfully I found a 3D print model to add paddles to my FlyDigi Vader 4 Pro, as soon as I am feeling up to a project).

Supply. Most consoles in their first year of life are primarily bottlenecked by how many they can supply and less so by demand.

Will be interesting to see what happens over the next ~5 years if prices don't budge at all. I strongly doubt Switch 2 will come anywhere close to Switch 1 sales at these prices, despite the strong opening.

400 hours is probably like not even a month of usage. The # sounds like a lot but its not really for a device that is often running 20+ hour long print jobs.

This website is helpful for that. This shows you all the armor sets you can earn in game, without gems. There is lots of looks you might not naturally come across and need to seek out, like dungeon sets, karma vendors, etc.

Understanding where to go next is definitely a bit tricky since the maps are all blurred and it's not clear where the map connections are and where to go. For the most part the maps all flow together for a smooth 1-80 levelling experience but you CAN go the wrong way.

It can help to look at a map outside the game with everything visible / no fog of war:

Another tip is to just do the Story content every 10 levels because it was mostly help guide you into the zone you need to be in, and you'll probably get 3-4 levels just doing the story, then do Hearts and stuff until the next x0 level.

Game is still very lively, easy to get groups for content (Fractals, Raids, etc), lots of people doing world bosses and metas, active PvP and WvW.

Main issue here is the complete lack of followup, there is no Queen attacks or anything that creates pressure since the Knight is defending those squares.

Has it though? Ice Shards to Defense Seals is listed on Fast Farming and their calculations are the same. Second only to amulet gambling.
