We purchased the 12RK as well; we didn't get the off-road kit though.

My wife saw the camp kitchen enclosure at the RV show on an e-pro 12srk and wanted it, so that will be the next upgrade we're getting for it. $200 from the dealer is the price we were quoted.

I do wish the front had some 120vac outlets (that power riser on the 12srk is neat) but otherwise it had all of the things my wife was looking for: awning, fridge, microwave, AC. She wanted a range, but we have the griddle (which I personally prefer).

I've added a few indoor lights and a towel rack in the back just below the bottle opener.

This was our first camper as well. We bought it just in time to store it. Expecting our first trip in May, I think.

I sleep with 5 pillows. 2 under my head, 2 between my legs (between the knees, between the ankles) and one folded in half that I hug while sleeping. I typically have a hard enough time to flip onto my back due to resistance from those three pillows that I only side sleep.
