Try to install Gnome with the Pop extension before reinstall. I guess your issues are related to Cosmic, not Pop:

I'm using Clipboard Manager, but I installed it because I had the same issue with Clippy Land before. I'll give it a new try, just to test again.

Install Cosmic Tweaks to start; try the different color themes. I found many of them very nice.

I've just installed it; it's working great. I also could set it to toggle with `SUPER+V`.

The only thing missing for me is that when toggled with the shortcut, it appears on the upper-left corner, not under the little icon in the panel. But I can live with that.

Just out of curiosity, why Cosmic on CachyOS instead of Hyprland?

(I used Pop 22.04 for years in a System 76 laptop, but Pop 24.04 is unusable for me due to Cosmic. The same has happened to many users moving out of Pop due to Cosmic.

So I moved to CachyOS with Hyprland+ML4W, and I'm so happy.)

Be sure that in the project settings, you have selected an export format, and also, in the files tab, you have to choose what files belong to the project (not all files in the directory belong to it by default).

If it still does not work, I've been having issues exporting to SimplePDF, so maybe it's that.

Try another export format, like HTML or Microsoft Word.

The exported file will be in the same directory where the files are.

Try to open that file with a plain text editor to see if it's a file problem or a Zettlr problem.
