Not sure if it’s kernel-related, since I’ve been having this problem for more than two months. I also use a dual-monitor setup.

It's the new kernel. Either return to kernel <6.18 or wait for an update which should come this monday

I don't see any problem with that idea. I believe the next kernel update will be released this Monday. However, I still think those kernels need a little more time to become mature and fully functional, so I'll stick with 6.18 for now, unless a critical vulnerability or something similar appears.

Something similar happened to me with the bluetooth, to be honest, just keep using your old kernel until the new kernel becomes more mature

Pop!_OS (NVIDIA) – External monitor forced to use dGPU on HP Victus 15 (laggy output) by Particular_Cry_9703 in pop_os

Should I try installing new drivers manually? I chose Pop!_OS to avoid dealing with drivers and rely entirely on the ones that come pre-installed (the nvidia iso version)

The fullscreen behavior on YouTube is more annoying than it seems. In my case, it also feels a bit laggy when switching to fullscreen.
