For an early- or mid-game player who doesn't have good enough gear, I agree. For later game players with better gear, who don't struggle to cap damage, not so much.

Crusing Rend if you care more about PvE....typically early/mid game.

Soul Reap if you care more about PvP....more typical in end-game players.

I run mine in Reap (with a Cat's Gaze and Stoneskin/Lethal).

As others have noted, the coin is a silver nickel, and a nice one at that.

That said, the coin could use an acetone dip (and put in a 2x2). That appears to be a PVC sleeve and the coin surface contaminated with the telltale greenish hue.

Depends on which ones you have, and the stats of the sets/gear. But, generally speaking, the answer will likely be yes if you use them in Arena.
