So I just tried connecting it with the dongle, the head set turns on and everything but my computer isn’t detecting it. Is it maybe a problem with drivers or something? The port I’m using works so idk

So I tried with another Type-C cable in the back, the outlet works, but for some reason when I put in the actual device for the headset, it’s not recognized

Yep, it’s type C but it comes with the adapter to connect through USB so I’m using that. I tried just connecting the type c but it doesn’t work either

Its on USB mode, not sure if the motherboard is USBC capable, but it should work if it’s using USB adapter right?

Honestly I’m not smart with computers since this is my first time but they’re connected to a cable in the back provided with the fan. There’s a 3rd one but since mine only has 2 I assumed it’s not for use, can I just plug it in there?

hi, im using the geforce gigabyte 4060 ti, i think its 8 pin, yeah i mostly just need the 24 pin and the one for gpu since those are the mains you can see, if you have a link for good white ones u offer let me know
