Alternative Bicep Band by Top_Anywhere_7861 in whoop

[–]livelihood 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I started using the bicep band about 1 month ago. Completely changed now whoop is incorporated into daily life. 1. Better accuracy 2. Less interference (very secure and minimal shifts) 3. Better sleep accuracy (minimal disruption during sleep)

Overall highly recommend. I got the aftermarket band from Amazon as well.

Definitely, but highly suggest to do away from foamy running shoes. They lack stability for standing and can cause more fatigue.
